Water Loss in Los Angeles, CA

This before picture is the aftermath of a sewage back up and shower overflow. As you can see the entire shower flooring was affected and was completely covered by sewage. This is considered a Category 3 “black water” which is grossly contaminated and could cause health effects if ingested and any contact should be avoided. Our SERVPRO of Hancock Park/Hollywood crew was called out to complete the clean- up and dry out. The after picture was taken only two days after the incident occurred and our SERVPRO crew arrived onsite. Our customers were very pleased and satisfied with the work and services that were provided.
