Mold can be quite the mysterious thing, many people know mold as the stuff that grows on old bread or in your house when you don't take care of it, but there are literally thousands of species of mold that can develop in various situations. For example many people think if you have or consume mold it's hazardous to one's health, but in reality many homes and offices already have mold spores as apart of the dust and particles that normally float around the space. It's only when the home has a large quantity of mold spores that reproduce in moist environments that mold can begin to be hazardous to a person's health. Regular upkeep on ones property and keeping a close eye on food produce should keep you safe from most types of mold.
