Hardwood Can Mold
Hardwood floors look beautiful and can last longer then 100 years if treated properly. Your animal used the bathroom on a potty pad for the weekend while you went on your vacation. Now the potty pad is SOAKED. You notice that it's no longer adsorbing and everything is staying on top of the potty pad. After you cleaned up the mess you wipe down your floors with a paper towel and some cleaner. Everything looks fine until a few weeks later.
